We’ve been at this since 2002, and have grown quickly from one stand at the Royal Easter Show, to managing promotions and exhibitions across the country at major events and producing the highest-selling showbags in the industry. Simply, there’s no one that can match our experience or performance.

THE BIG BOSS
Starting Chicane with then-friend-now-husband Brendan at the tender age of 22, Emily is the driving force behind the business. Emily is passionate about staying ahead of the game, never taking no for an answer and curve-balling it to get the best results. Emily definitely has super-woman capabilities juggling two young kids, an active social life and a healthy lifestyle ALL while managing Chicane's key clients, looking after everything finance and overseeing HR, Marketing and all of our buying. We're exhausted just thinking about it.
Coming from a commerce background, you can take the girl out of the numbers, but you can’t take the numbers out of the girl.
THE OTHER BIG BOSS
Brendan is the ideas man behind Chicane. At 22, he saw a gap in the market and he made it happen. He's the Head of our Operations and Logistics at Chicane as well as managing some of our key publishing clients. Brendan has an extraordinary way of seeing the big picture, understanding the market and most importantly, has a wicked, sometimes usually weird sense of humour.
In another life Brendan would have liked to have been a healer, a yogi or, above all, someone who has time to leisurely read the paper every morning.
Kate will design and execute campaigns across print, digital, social and POS to get your brand heard, seen, held, tasted, sipped, friended, liked and followed. An analytics nerd and lover of design, Kate looks after all three of our websites and manages our two busy e-comm sites. She also runs our events on the ground and (most importantly) keeps our plants alive at HQ.
Katy loves to hear about exciting products, upcoming launches and is passionate about health, beauty, skincare and all things food! She is an expert at getting your product in the hands of your target market, and knows our brands and demographics inside out to maximise consumer engagement.
MARKETING + EVENTS
Kristal gets stuck into the design process of all our visual elements in the digital space by creating content for our websites, social media and marketing reports for key clients. She designs POS displays and works her visual merchandising and management skills at our events.
Theresa takes care of all the invoices and payslips - chasing up clients and making sure all payments are made right on schedule.
LOGISTICS + EVENTS
Aaron is THE man on the ground both at HQ and at our events. You'll find him on a forklift, computer, pallet jack, trolley, walkie-talkie, phone and maybe even a fax machine making sure everything is where it's supposed to be at the right time, right place and in the right quantity. His counting skills are world-class.
Laura organises all the constant 'to and from' between our office, warehouses, suppliers and clients - and boy, is there a lot happening! She also oversees customer service and keeps our office in tip top shape.
