Only About Children (OAC) is a collection of early learning centers in Sydney and Melbourne. OAC is dedicated to delivering inspired, world class early years education to children from nursery through to kindergarten including school readiness. Their early learning model is designed to encourage every child to reach their full potential.
WHAT THEY NEEDED (aka, the brief)
Only About Children were looking for a welcome pack to give to newly-enrolled students in their centers. It had to be useful, kid-safe, and fully branded OAC.
OUR RESULT
As an early learning center, it was important to cover the basics for new enrolees but to make sure the items in the pack were appealing to children. We decided to include a Children’s Backpack, Water Bottle, Bucket Hat and Full Colour Book.
Product Features:
Backpack: Features included a large waterproof zippered front pocket for wet items or dirty nappies, padded adjustable shoulder straps to suit all ages, and a photo pocket slot for little people to identify their bag before being able to read.
Denim Bucket Sunhat: the bucket hat is a must for every young kid so we made sure ours had a UPF rating of 50+ for maximum sun protection and a wide flexible brim. We produced it in cotton spandex for added comfort and stretch to suit a range of ages.
Drink Bottle: Designed just for little hands, the bottle is BPA-free and non-spill with a child safe straw. We made sure it was an easy to clean, dishwasher safe design.
Buddy Book: Making kids feel comfortable and confident was important so we produced a full colour soft cover book about Ava’s first day at OAC to help introduce kids to their own first day.
